Approvals is an important feature in the StreamBean360 System. These approvals are added to the process to aid with the 360-degree view of your business, meaning management will be involved in all the sales process steps, from start to finish.

When the Account Holder is doing the quotes, orders or invoices, they can do the approvals themselves. But if there are users in your sales team who are doing quotes and receiving orders, then the Account Holder or Admin will do the approvals.

The user will be able to complete quotes, convert them into orders and invoices but the approver must approve the conversion of the documents, through a step-by-step process.

Notifications are sent to the approver when approvals are required and can be seen next to the bell icon at the top right side of the screen.
